We are the Longenecker’s.

Trisha and I have been married for 33 years. We have been doing ministry together for about 30 of those years.

My daughter Olivia is 19 years and she is a Sophomore at Northampton Community College.

The Bridge of Hope was a dream that the Lord gave us several years ago. And it was something that the Lord has placed within our hearts. We believe that the church is to be actively and intentionally seeking those who are in need of hope. Since we have responded to the call of God we have been outward focused. We have always struggled with a focus that has been in the established church, where we expect the broken to come to us. God has called us to go to them.

We live in the town of Womelsdorf and we have worked very hard to connect to the people in the area. Trisha and I have quite a bit of family near by. We love this area and care about the people deeply. We sense that God wants us to plant the church in this region. There are several towns within 10 minutes of Womlesdorf, including Newmanstown, Myerstown, Robesonia, Wernersville, and the Bethel area. We also are 25 minutes from Reading and Lebanon. So there is a possibility to reach a lot of people.
